Family Roots. Industry Experience. Care at Every Step.
We're Tony and Mike, cousins originally from Türkiye and the founders of Avanos Tile & Kitchen.
In 2018 we brought our years in the tile and kitchen industry together to build a business around something we both value: helping people create beautiful homes, with knowledgeable, personal guidance.
Opening our showroom was about sharing what we had learned, and treating every customer's project with the care we'd give our own home. That commitment still shapes how we work today.
Every decision affects the next. We help you see how it all fits.
A renovation means a lot of choices: the tile, the cabinets, the countertops, the vanities. We help you understand your options and how they come together, whether you have a full design in hand or are just starting to collect ideas.
We listen first
To your ideas, how you live day to day, and your budget.
We share what we know
Honest advice that balances style and practicality. If a less expensive option does the job, we'll show it to you.
We stay with you
Answering questions and working through details at every step, so you move forward with confidence.
See it, touch it, compare it side by side
At our showroom in Ridgefield you can see materials in person, feel their textures and compare finishes next to each other. We help you look past single products to a room where the colors, materials and design feel connected.
From a small bathroom refresh to a full kitchen renovation, every conversation gets the same attention. As cousins and owners, we're proud of the lasting relationships we've built with the people who trust us with their homes.

What our clients say
Avanos offers customer service like no other store. Educated, helpful, and always on top of things. You really can’t ask for more.
Working with Mike at Avanos is an absolute pleasure. He knows which materials are best for any application and options always seem endless. Pricing at Avanos is competitive and logistically, have been very accommodating. My wife and I have worked through dozens of projects and are happy to have found our go-to shop.
I would highly recommend Avanos. Mike, Tony and Berna are not only wonderful humans, courteous and welcoming but also experts at what they do! I purchased tiles for a bathroom renovation and then came back to buy for the remaining tile work in my house.
